The Ulster Fillies Organization represents age groups from 10U through 18U.

Our players come from all over the Hudson Valley area to compete and play alongside the best in their age groups. Our goal is to assist our players in building the skill set to attain their goal of playing college softball. Recruiting and exposure is all about putting yourself in a position to be seen.

Bio - Tori is currently a pitcher/1B player for the SUNY Cobleskill softball team where she was named the programs MVP for the 2019-2020 season.  She was a long time Fillies standout having been a big contributor for the 18U teams Nations runner up finish in 2019 as well as their 4th place finish at 16U in 2017.  Tori led the Rondout Valley HS team to a sectional championship in 2018 and was a five year varsity player.  Tori is currently on the 14U coaching staff and is a well known area pitching instructor.

The 14U season will be comprised of 3-4 Fall tournaments, 2-3 Winter dome tournaments and 5-6 Summer tournaments which will conclude with a Nationals trip.  There will be a 10 week Winter indoor training scheduled.

Bio - Chuck is the current head coach of the Ulster Fillies 14U team.  He has also, served in an assistant coach capacity for the 16U Fillies.  He has participated in area camps and clinics and is known in the college coaching community.


The 16U program would welcome the opportunity to combine with another 16U team that might be looking for an organizational home.  Please call or email Chuck to discuss.

1) Full refund requests for teams pulling out of event are not possible at this point.  If the event is cleared to be held, a refund of fees less $225.00 ($600.00) will be given to teams who make the decision not to participate in the event. 


2) Tournament cancellation due to weather will be: 

          - Full rain out of weekend - Entry fee less $325.00

          - Any games played.  NO refund,  Every attempt will be made to play the schedule which may include the shortening or elimination of some contests. 

3) Coronavirus cancellation of event will result in a refund of entry fee less $125.00.

***There are unrecoverable expenses and overhead associated with running any tournament which grow exponentially as the tournament nears. This is especially true of an event such as this one along with the potential added expenses all tournaments face in additional safety measures.  Many of these expenses have already been paid and were negotiated in good faith based on the number of teams expected to participate in the event.

No refunds will be considered until July 1, 2020 or if/when tournament is postponed due to NY State/Ulster County/Facility mandate.

Congratulations to our 18U player Erin Ricks and her family on signing a letter of intent to play softball at Castleton University. Erin will be pursuing a degree in Athletic Training. 

Vanessa Brandt from our 18U Fillies team was named Rookie of the Year for the SUNY Potsdam softball program. Congrats to Vanessa and her family. 

Congrats go out to Fillies 18U player Jessica Chilcott from Iona College on winning three post season accolades.  Jess was named as a First Team All-MAAC selection and was also chosen for the conference All-Rookie Team. In addition, Jess was chosen for the MAAC Championship All-Tournament team.

Congrats to SUNY Cortland for winning the SUNYAC championship and our own Alyssa Finno for being named to the All-Tournament team.


The Ulster Fillies would like to extend our congratulations and best wishes to Hall of Fame Coach Julie Lenhart on her retirement as the SUNY Cortland head coach.  You have been a great friend to our organization and you will be missed.

The Ulster Fillies would like to thank our newest corporate contributor Entergy Services for their generous donation to our scholarship and general fund.


These funds were awarded on behalf of our 16U coach Jeff Guidry, who earned the grant through Entergy's Community Connectors program.  This program provides financial support for employees' and retirees' volunteer work in their communities.
