Team insurance and approved roster must be presented at check in.  Guest players and proof of their age must be provided.

***Team head coaches must be provided to insure all tournament communication is going to the right individual.

***Refund policy – Full weekend rainout/$500.00. Any games played no refund. There are many unrecoverable expenses associated with this event. We cannot control weather. Every effort will be made to play all games included later times for play and/or the shortening of games.

NO REFUNDS will be considered for teams that need to withdraw unless a replacement team is found through 5/1/2020. NO REFUNDS will be considered at all after that date for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS.
